“The GRAMMYs actually heard the song and they stepped up right beside me, saying, ‘Hey, we hear you. We get it. We’re with you.”
Now he’s taking the GRAMMY stage, and the thrill is obviously as fresh as ever.
“‘Crazy’ was just my way of saying, ‘That’s real love. When you feel like you’ve gone crazy. That’s when you’ve actually gotten something right.’”
“We talked about collaborating, he emailed me a song he was in the process of working on, I lent my two cents, all by email. Then a couple of months later, we found ourselves appearing on each other’s stages.”
“It’s just a real energetic atmosphere in the room. Seeing all the signs and the lights. It was neat seeing how my crowd and her crowd are different. I gotta get me some neon signs and get the fans rocking out there,” Luke Bryan said.
“Putting [the songs] on this record helped me keep the evolution of what’s going on right now without moving ahead too quickly and rushing into the next record,” he said.
