American Idol likes to say they help make dreams come true, but according to Phillip Phillips, winning the show can be a real nightmare. But his suit could lead to real change for reality competitions.
Phillips filed a complaint with the California Labor Commissioner claiming 19 Entertainment, the producers behind American Idol, violated the state’s Talent Agencies Act.

Clay Aiken might have come in second on ‘American Idol,’ and ‘The Apprentice’ for that matter, but it seems he’s hoping he’ll come out on top on Election Day 2014.
