Here we go with more laziness and I am all for it.
In my last blog post I talked about being lazy and not making your bed because it was healthier to be sloppy and not make your bed.
Now comes more good “lazy” news.
Taking a hot bath burns as many calories as a 30 minute walk. It’s about the heat from the batch raising your metabolism and burning calories.
