A bunch of students from Harford County participated in an event to come up with a new ice cream flavor. This event was hosted by TIC Gums, based on Cornell University’s Food Science 101 course.

So what is the flavor and where can you try it? It’s Campfire Delight and available locally next month.

Campfire Delight flavor was created by Sarah Ermatinger, Shayla Graves, and Rebecca Jones, from Bel Air High School. Also, Monica Richmond, of Eastern Technical High School and Kevin Vickery, of Havre de Grace High School.

The team rep says, “Our ice cream is a modern interpretation of a s’more. Since it is a classic treat, we think this is a good flavor for any demographic.

You can get Campfire Delight at Broom’s Bloom Dairy in Harford County.
