Being one of the biggest rock stars in the world for the last four decades, Bruce Springsteen is at a point in his career where he doesn’t need to do the press circuit to promote his latest work. But in recent years, he has given fans behind-the-scenes insight into his creative process, via a series of documentaries, the latest being Bruce Springsteen’s High Hopes.
The half-hour documentary will chronicle the making of his most recent album, High Hopes, released earlier this year. The film features the usual behind-the-scenes studio and rehearsal segments, E Street Band tour footage and interviews with Springsteen and new collaborator/muse Tom Morello, of Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave. The two discuss their artistic choices for the project and how Morello brought a distinctive twist to Springsteen’s material.
