New Year; New Me! New You?

How can I feel better already when I just started a new food plan this morning?

I think I am just happy that I have committed to a program. I am doing the Medifast Weight Loss Program through the radio station, meaning that you are going to be hearing a lot about my experiences with it. So far, I like it because I don’t have to count calories. I eat five of their meals a day and one of my own. I am hoping to talk some listeners into joining me so we can support each other. I am looking forward to the days when I can get up in the morning and just throw on jeans and a t-shirt instead of worrying about what I am going to wear that covers me up. I have felt so uncomfortable these past couple of years because of my weight. I feel as though my weight issue has really held me back personally and professionally.

I love being on-camera but over the past couple of years, I have turned down on-camera opportunities because of my weight. And personally, I did not go to the pool once this summer. I don’t want to be that kind of a mom.
