I have a doctor friend that says the equation for weight loss is easy. Calories in…calories out. So, how much working out do you have to do when you eat…er eat poorly? Are you ready? Here’s part of the report from the Wall Street Journal.
–Burger King Breakfast platter has 1450 calories. You need to do 2 hours of basketball to burn that off.
–McDonald’s big breakfast has 1350 calories. That’s 4 hours of cycling.
–KFC 10 piece bag of chicken bites is 1300 calories. You have to do 5 hours of dancing to get rid of those calories.
–You have to do 4 hours of bowling to burn off Wendy’s ‘Dave’s Hot n Juicy’ burger at 1120 calories.
That’s a lot of working out. Carrots please.
