After photos from a recent performance in Amsterdam surfaced having many comment on Lady Gaga’s weight gain, Mother Monster took to Twitter to weigh in herself.

Tweeting a photo and a quote from Marilyn Monroe she got her point across. “To all the girls that think you’re ugly because you’re not a size 0, you’re the beautiful one. It’s society who’s ugly.”

The photo in question shows a close-up of Lady Gaga in a tight red leotard and fishnet stockings. Likely taken from the photo pit at her show, it might not be Gaga’s best angle and it’s unlikely anyone would look good in that costume.

A day later Gaga posted a photo showing herself naked sitting on a toilet. Seemingly demonstrating that she’s okay with the way she looks, Gaga proves her haters wrong.

In Paris for the release of her new fragrance, Lady Gaga arrived at Sephora in a flower covered car as she sat at attention and looked into a crowd of fans. She walked the red carpet in a tight-fitting floor length black gown and black leather jacket, flaunting her figure and looking slim despite weight rumors.

Busy promoting her fragrance Fame, Lady Gaga continues to take things in stride and celebrates another landmark.

Lady Gaga has discussed her own body issues in the past, should she continue to be a spokesperson? Let us know in the poll!
