Christine Hall, a Virginia-based law librarian, lost 76 pounds by sticking to a Starbucks only diet, she created. She bought almost all of her meals from Starbucks.
She’d start with a 145 calorie breakfast of oatmeal and coffee. For lunch, a bistro box of fruit and cheese. For dinner, a panini. Hall started the diet in May 2010 and by November, 40 pounds came off! The catch: restricting her diet to as little as 876 calories a day in order to drop 2 pounds a week.
