1. Trying to eat healthy. Always thinking your meal is healthy makes your brain produce a hormone that slows down your metabolism. So, eat healthy, but think about the entire meal including the butter and cheese.
2. Stop paying for your groceries with credit cards. You are buying more food than what you need. Plus, you’re doing more impulse buying which typically leads to higher calorie foods.
3. Not taking breaks at work. If you are at your desk all day long your metabolism slows down. At least once an hour you have to get up and move around and stretch. That will get your metabolism moving again.
