You Know You’re From Baltimore If You Remember…

1kyf1 You Know Youre From Baltimore If You Remember...

It’s time for a little Friday fun!  You know you’re from Baltimore if you remember…

“Ain’t the beer cold!”

Your mother always knew the daily “count and the amount” on Dialing For Dollars

You think being called “Hon” by waitresses, cashiers, bank tellers and complete strangers is perfectly normal.

You had milk delivered by Green Spring, Koontz, or Cloverland.

You know why Pigtown is called Pigtown.

I am born (1957) and raised Baltimore City and I honestly never heard anyone called “Hon”. We used to say that people in Dundalk called each other “Hon” and we made fun! I went to Patterson High, near Dundalk, and never heard it. I guess I was in the right part of the city!!
