The first thing on the agenda before leaving the hotel was a huge fish fry courtesy of Chief Manno.

The Barracuda was a little tough but still tasty. The surprise was the Kingfish. They had a very sweet and light flavor similar to flounder. We shared the fish and chips with everyone who stopped by.

We arrived back at the hotel in Havana about 7pm after the long uneventful bus trip from Trinidad then quickly left for the El Hanoi restaurant. The state owned restaurant had the best musicians and the best food on the trip. Pork, vegetables and rice; the meal was great. From there it was back to the jazz clubs we’d missed on the first stay in Havana.
