Fitness Guru Jack LeLanne Dies
Jack LeLanne, the person responsible for starting the fitness craze in the 50s, died last weekend of pneumonia at age 96.
Jack LeLanne was at one time a “sugar-holic.” He became a TV fixture in his tight-fitting jumpsuit in the late 50s, preaching exercise and a healthy diet. Many said his that his televised exercises would not last long…well they did! For 30 years!
