The Bank of America building as it’s known today was the tallest building in Baltimore when it opened as The Baltimore Trust Company in 1929. At 34 stories and 509 feet tall it is a fine example of Art Deco design. By the way, if you guessed Maryland National Bank Building or Nations Bank Building you are correct; this building has changed names over its lifetime.
