Using a cell phone before going to bed could disrupt your natural sleep rhythms. Radio frequency from cell phones can cause insomnia, headaches and confusion and may also reduce the amount of deep sleep, according to research done in Sweden. Cautions study head Dr. Bengt Arnetz: “If you feel you have trouble sleeping, you should think about not talking on a mobile phone right before you go to bed.”
